Navegant un mica per la xarxa, m'he trobat amb una bona pàgina de "cites" en anglès (ThinkExist.com), i n'he buscat algunes que fessin referència a la muntanya: sorprenent! des de l'esperat Edmund Hillary fins a Friedrich Nietzsche, o poetes com John Milton. M'imagino que el món de la muntanya a captivat a un munt de persones amb més o menys relació amb ella.

Reconduint la cita de Nietzsche, per anar de pic a pic cal, o bé tenir cames molt llargues, o bé baixar fins al fons de tot seguint una trajectòria sinusoidal que recorda força la vida mateixa.
